Kibemo offers you products from renowned manufacturers in Switzerland and the EU, carefully selected with regard to quality and environmental responsibility.

Does kibemo offer personal online consultations?
Yes, you can book a free, no-obligation video consultation with our furnishing experts.
Does kibemo also offer on-site consultations?
We usually start with a brief online call to understand your requirements and decide whether an on-site appointment makes sense.
What information should I provide in advance for a consultation?
Please describe your request in detail. What are your goals, and what challenges do you want to solve?
What does a consultation at kibemo cost?
Our initial consultation is free and without obligation. We address your individual needs and develop a customized solution with you.
Is there a showroom?
Visit us at the showroom in Baar. Appointments for viewing can be booked online.
Does kibemo offer other products not available in the online shop?
Yes, through our partner network we have access to many items. Further products from our manufacturers can be found in our special catalogs for educational institutions and offices.
How can I request a quote?
Use the "Request a quote" online button to add products to the quote list. You will receive your quote by e-mail within 24 hours.
Can I order on account?
Yes, public and commercial customers can order on account (30 days payment term). Private customers use advance payment, TWINT or credit card.
Deliveries
Does kibemo also deliver outside Switzerland?
Generally, we deliver within Switzerland, and to the DACH region upon request.
How long are the delivery times?
The delivery time is product-dependent and can be tracked via a tracking link.
What shipping services does kibemo offer?
- Postal shipping: Smaller items for CHF 29.-
- Economy: Delivery to your door for CHF 99.-
- Free shipping: For orders over CHF 1,500
- Premium: Delivery to point of use, optionally with assembly, costs according to effort
How does the delivery process at kibemo work?
- Select your preferred delivery service online.
- Provide the delivery address and contact details of a local contact person.
- You will receive a delivery appointment notification, preferably via SMS or alternatively via email.
- Confirm a suitable delivery date based on availability.
- Ensure you are present on the delivery date and accept the delivery.
Assembly
What are the assembly conditions?
- Pre-assembled products: Many of our products are already assembled, so assembly is only necessary in individual cases.
- Flat-pack furniture: Assembling products delivered in individual parts is usually very simple (with the exception of meeting pods).
- Assembly service: We offer assembly services through our partner companies for CHF 199.–/h (2-person team, from departure Zurich). Wall mounting must always be carried out by the customer.
- Meeting pods: The assembly flat rates for meeting pods vary by region.
Are the kindergarten and school furniture delivered pre-assembled?
Yes, most kindergarten and school furniture arrives pre-assembled. Individual parts may be removed for transport, and parts that are not pre-assembled are indicated in the product description.
Are the office chairs and sofas ready for immediate use?
Yes, office chairs and sofas are usually delivered fully assembled. With some models, smaller parts may still need to be attached.
Do tables and shelves for the office come fully assembled?
Tables and shelves are delivered in individual parts for easy assembly. Instructions are included and available online.
How are meeting pods assembled?
Meeting booths are assembled on-site by our team. Upon request, we also offer a self-assembly option.
Do I have to secure cabinets and tall shelving units?
We recommend securing cabinets and tall shelves to the wall. Mounting brackets are available on request. You can find the necessary materials at a specialist retailer.
Warranty and Product Details
What are the warranty periods?
Our products come with a warranty of at least two years. For details, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions.
