Meeting Pods at ERZ – More Peace and Quiet for Your Daily Work
From December 2025 to January 2026, kibemo was tasked by ERZ with implementing a modern meeting pod solution for everyday office use. The goal was to create additional private spaces within the existing work environment for confidential discussions, short meetings, video calls, and focused work.
The meeting pods were integrated into the office spaces in a way that allows for flexible use and creates new spatial quality without traditional renovations. As a furnishing partner for office and school furniture, kibemo supported the project from consultation and product selection to delivery and installation.
The result is functional room-in-room solutions that enable more tranquility, discretion, and productivity. The new meeting pods relieve open workspaces and create places where employees can communicate undisturbed and work with focus.
