Terms of Delivery
- Standard delivery: Delivery is standard to the kerbside. For complete furnishings, we deliver directly to the room of use by arrangement.
- Free shipping: For orders over CHF 1,500.
- Delivery to point of use: Optional booking for CHF 199/h (2-person team, from departure Zurich).
- Product protection: Your delivery will be on pallets. Reusable pallets are taken back, disposable pallets are not.

- Select your desired delivery service online.
- Provide the delivery address and contact details of a local contact person.
- You will receive a preliminary appointment notification, preferably via SMS or alternatively via email.
- Confirm a suitable delivery date based on availability.
- Ensure you are present on the delivery date and accept the delivery.

Mounting Conditions
- Pre-assembled products: Many of our products are already assembled, so assembly is only necessary in individual cases.
- Flat-packed furniture: Assembling products delivered in parts is usually very simple (with the exception of meeting pods).
- Assembly service: We offer assembly services through our partner companies for CHF 199/h (2-person team, from Zurich departure).
- Meeting pods: Assembly flat rates for meeting pods vary by region.
