Every day, employees face increasing challenges in finding a quiet place where they can hold meetings, make phone calls, or simply concentrate on individual work. "A room within a room" is a simple way to keep noise distractions at bay and increase employee productivity.
What are the advantages of Kibemo's meeting box?
Our meeting boxes ensure indoor air quality as well as acoustic and visual comfort for employees. With its special design, the Silent Room provides the right sound absorption, meaning that both incoming and outgoing noises are blocked. The acoustic interior walls have excellent sound absorption properties, which help to eliminate reverberation in the room and provide users with a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. With their low operating noise, the ventilation systems are as quiet as the rustling of leaves. The models with padded exterior cladding are also designed to absorb noise and have a positive effect on the overall acoustics of the entire office environment.
What is the Silent Room office equipped with?
The phone booths are almost flush with the floor and have only a small threshold. With competitor models, there is a risk of tripping and falling.
For the convenience of users, the room is equipped with a power outlet (USB Type-A and -C ports). There is a small table on the wall that provides space for your laptop or notebook.
Why should I buy exactly this office meeting box?
Thanks to its ventilation and lighting solutions, the phone booth offers a productivity-enhancing environment. Four quiet yet powerful fans ensure that the airflow is just right to provide an ultimate feeling of comfort, even during prolonged use. The combination of LED lamps creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. A smart control unit selects an optimal ventilation and lighting program. As soon as an employee leaves the box, intensive ventilation is automatically activated to prepare the room for the next user.
Free choice of colors and materials
The interior and exterior colors can be specifically selected. For the exterior shell, you can choose between melamine and upholstery as the material. After purchase, a Kibemo customer advisor will contact you to take down your specific color preferences. You will then receive a high-resolution 3D visualization, which can be continuously adapted to your needs. The joints may be slightly offset. The ceiling elements are placed on top and may slightly protrude.
Certified acoustic insulation for optimal user comfort
Excessive speech level reduction values lead to discomfort such as ear pressure or even headaches in users after only a short time. Too low values, on the other hand, allow too much sound to escape, which prevents undisturbed work in the immediate vicinity of the meeting box.
When developing our Silent Boxes, we found the golden mean between speech level reduction and user comfort.
Below is an example of the application area of our Silent Boxes in a typical office environment:
- Normal conversations are conducted at a volume of 55-60 DB (decibels)
- Our Silent Boxes dampen the corresponding speech level by approx. 22 DB according to certification
- This means that approx. 32-37 DB of the generated sound escapes to the outside
- The ambient noise in a typical office environment is approx. 40 DB
- The background noise in the office thus absorbs the escaping sound, enabling comfortable working inside and outside our Silent Boxes

- Standard Delivery: Standard delivery is to the curb. For complete furnishing, we deliver directly to the room of use by arrangement.
- Free Shipping: For orders over CHF 1,500.
- Delivery to Point of Use: Optionally bookable for CHF 199/h (2-person team, from Zurich departure).
- Product Protection: Your delivery will be on pallets. Reusable pallets will be taken back, disposable pallets will not.
