Terms of Delivery
- Standard delivery: Delivery is standardly to the curb. For complete furnishing, we deliver directly to the room of use by arrangement.
- Free shipping: For orders over CHF 1,500.–.
- Delivery to the point of use: Optionally bookable for CHF 199.–/h (2-person team, from departure Zurich).
- Product protection: Your delivery will be on pallets. Reusable pallets will be taken back, disposable pallets will not.

- Provide the delivery address and contact details of a local contact person.
- You will receive a delivery date notification, preferably via SMS or alternatively via email.
- Confirm a suitable delivery date based on availability.
- Ensure you are present on the delivery date to receive the delivery.

- Pre-assembled products: Many of our products are already assembled, so assembly is only necessary in individual cases.
- Furniture in parts: The assembly of products delivered in parts is usually very easy (except for meeting pods).
- Assembly service: We offer assembly services through our partner companies for CHF 199.–/h (2-person team, from departure Zurich).
- Meeting pods: Assembly flat rates for meeting pods vary by region.
