Terms of Delivery
- Standard delivery: Delivery is standardly to the kerbside. For complete furnishings, we deliver directly to the room of use by arrangement.
- Free shipping: For orders over CHF 1,500.–.
- Delivery to point of use: Optionally bookable for CHF 199.–/h (2-person team, from departure Zurich).
- Product protection: Your delivery will be made on pallets. Reusable pallets will be taken back, disposable pallets will not.

- You will receive a delivery appointment notification, preferably by SMS or alternatively by email.
- Confirm a suitable delivery date based on availability.

- Pre-assembled products: Many of our products are already assembled, so assembly is only necessary in individual cases.
- Furniture in individual parts: The assembly of products that are delivered in individual parts is usually very simple (with the exception of meeting pods).
- Assembly service: We offer assembly services through our partner companies for CHF 199.–/h (2-person team, from departure Zurich).
- Meeting Pods: Assembly flat rates for meeting pods vary by region.
