- Standard Delivery: Standard delivery is curb-side. For complete furnishings, we deliver directly to the room of use by arrangement.
- Free Shipping: From an order value of CHF 1,500 or more.
- Delivery to Point of Use: Optionally bookable for CHF 199/h (2-person team, from departure Zurich).
- Product Protection: Your delivery will be on pallets. Reusable pallets will be taken back; disposable pallets will not.

- You will receive a preliminary appointment notification, preferably via SMS or alternatively via email.
- Confirm a suitable delivery date based on availability.

- Pre-assembled products: Many of our products are already assembled, so assembly is only necessary in individual cases.
- Flat-pack furniture: Assembling products delivered in parts is usually very simple (with the exception of meeting pods).
- Assembly service: We offer assembly services through our partner companies for CHF 199.–/h (2-person team, from Zurich departure).
- Meeting pods: The assembly flat rates for meeting pods vary by region.
