The phone booths ensure air quality as well as acoustic and visual comfort for employees. With its special design, the Phone Booth provides the right sound absorption, which means that both incoming and outgoing sounds are blocked. The acoustic interior walls have excellent sound absorption properties, which helps to eliminate reverberation in the room and provide users with a cozy and pleasant atmosphere.
With their low operating noise, the ventilation systems are as quiet as the sound of rustling leaves. The models with padded exterior cladding are also designed to absorb noise and have a positive effect on the overall acoustics of the entire office environment.
What are the phone booths equipped with?
Another advantage is that the phone booths are almost flush with the floor and have only a small doorstep. With competitor models, there is a risk of tripping and falling.
For the convenience of users, the room is equipped with a power outlet (USB Type-A and -C ports). On the wall, there is a small table that offers space for your laptop or notebook.

Free choice of colors and materials
The interior and exterior colors can be specifically selected. For the outer shell, you can choose between melamine and upholstery as material. After purchase, a Kibemo customer advisor will contact you to take your specific color requests. Afterwards, you will receive a high-resolution 3D visualization, which can be continuously adapted to your needs.
Certified acoustic insulation for optimal user comfort
Too high speech level reduction values lead to discomfort such as ear pressure or even headaches for users after only a short time. Too low values, on the other hand, allow too much sound to escape, which prevents undisturbed work in the immediate vicinity of the meeting box.
In developing our Silent Boxes, we have found the golden mean between speech level reduction and user comfort.
Below is an example of the application area of our Silent Boxes in a typical office environment:
- Normal conversations are conducted at a volume of 55-60 dB (decibels)
- Our Silent Boxes reduce the corresponding speech level by approx. 23 dB according to certification
- This means that approx. 32-37 dB of the generated sound escapes to the outside
- The ambient noise in a typical office environment is approx. 40 dB
- The office noise therefore absorbs the escaping sound, thus enabling pleasant work inside and outside our Silent Boxes
